Should I sell my website now, or continue making money each month?

I have a website that gets about 15,000 people a day with over 90,000 pageviews a day. I've got adsense and valueclick up for advertising and make around $80/day.

If I had an offer of around $20k for the site, should I take it, or continue making money from the website? There is room to grow with the site, but not too much.
